SAN ANTONIO, TX—Results from the MANTICORE trial include prophylactic use of standard heart failure (HF) pharmacotherapy prevents trastuzumab-associated left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and reduces treatment interruptions due to left ventricular (LV) dysfunction.
