Exercise Prescription During Cancer Treatment

Amy Kirkham is a PhD Candidate at University of British Columbia specializing in cardiovascular and exercise oncology. Her research involves the use of exercise during and after cancer treatment, including exercise as a cardio-protective strategy from anthracycline-related cardiotoxicity in breast cancer patients. Her collaborators at UBC include Kristin Campbell (supervisor), Don McKenzie, Sean Virani and Karen Gelmon.
